Patriotic Banner Step 4 Once you have the bingo cards cut, it is time to punch your holes. Each circle that you made will need a hole in the center of each. I used my very tiny hole punch. You can also use a paper piercer or an awl. The holes just need to be big enough to get a needle and embroidery thread through. Punch holes in the upper two corners of your bingo cards as well.
